At Mud3D, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality 3D designs and an exceptional user experience. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a subscription purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted to within 7 days after the subscription purchase.
  • Refund requests should be based on one of the following reasons:
    • The premium models do not match their description or preview images in a significant manner.
    • Crucial model parts, details, textures, or files are missing (excluding issues caused by exchange format limitations).
    • The subscriber mistakenly assumed the models were physical/tangible objects, and the digital files have not been downloaded.

2. Refund Request Procedure:

  • When requesting a refund, please include the purchase order number, details of the problem encountered, and specify the software and file formats used.
  • Mud3D commits to processing refund requests within 3 business days of receipt.

3. Refund Terms:

  • If a refund is approved, the subscriber is legally bound to destroy all copies of the purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
  • Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

4. Exclusions:

  • Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from the subscriber’s inability to use the models due to technical limitations not caused by Mud3D.
  • Subscription fees for the period of use will not be refunded.
